Trine is a physics-based action game where three characters allow clever solutions to challenges created by hazardous puzzles and threatening enemies. The gameplay is based on fully interactive physics - each character's different abilities and tactics can be used to invent new ways to overcome obstacles and save the kingdom! Synopsis: In a kingdom facing chaos and forbidden magic, three heroes are bound (if they like it or not) by a powerful artifact called the "Trine". Only this unlikely trio can put an end to the kingdom of dark wizards that rules the kingdom. Pontius the brave, Amadeus the magnificent and Silent Cpb_redson85 the will come together and use their different abilities to address the threat and restore peace.

Exclusive Review:

This is a 2D puzzle platformer with subtly appealing visuals and simple controls. The breathtaking backgrounds transport the player to an enchanted fantasy world where the light rays of sunlight filter through a sleepy forest and vines growing on tall forts abandoned. There are three unique playable characters in the game, wizard, thief and gentleman. All three of them, however, are connected to each other through a mystical artifact, a part of the treasure named Trino. Each role in the game comes with different styles of play that makes it fun and you get to play free games that are built this one.

You can switch between characters at any point in the game by simply pressing a button. Throughout the game you can collect items that boost health or increase damage delivered by a certain class. These can be stored in separate slots, one for each character for use as and when necessary. The three characters have different unique set of skills as the wizard can move objects with his mind and creatures-blocks or bridges.

The rider is understandably the best fighter in the group. There are plenty of puzzle-solving games, wars to be waged and new skills to be acquired as an inch slowly towards your goal of getting out of the curse which combines the three characters. Each level is a little 'different from other varieties in addition to the game. The basic physics puzzles are a nice change and offer multiple solutions for each puzzle. The background does a great job in setting the infusion of life of the fantasy game. Overall it's a fantastic and fun, an exciting adventure with something new to discover every nook and corner if you're looking for some new downloadable games.
