2. Use an electric beater to beat remaining sugar, eggs and egg yolks in a large bowl until pale and fluffy. Add the sour cream and beat until well combined. Sprinkle over the flour and beat until combined. Pour mixture over the cherries. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Dust with icing sugar.
3. Meanwhile, whip the thickened cream until soft peaks form.
To serve, spoon among serving plates and dust with icing sugar. Serve with cream.
