DotA changes from V6.55 to V6.56

DotA V6.55 - V6.56.
The big changes.


V6.55 was released, it was found that even a problem until there is V6.55b by the error correction information. However, it seems to be the only part. V6.56 is the latest release out immediately, focusing on a balance. In summary, we have compiled all the changes come to mind.
