Makes: ~5 cups
6 large tomatoes
½ large white onion
½ large red onion
6 green onions, chopped
¼ red bell pepper, chopped
2 jalapeños with seeds, chopped
2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 ¼ apple cider vinegar
½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ Tbsp oregano
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin
1 large garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp of lemon juice
1 tsp salt (more or less to taste)
1 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp fresh ground pepper
• Combine ingredients and allow to sit for one hour. Great with chips.
