grown-up kitchen helper should chop up the chocolate chips into small pieces.
3 tablespoons sugar
1½ teaspoons margarine, melted
5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon fl our
1 teaspoon milk
1 tablespoon chocolate chips,
chopped
Preheat the Easy-Bake Oven by turning it on, or preheat
the toaster oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix sugar and margarine with a fork. Add
fl our and combine until crumbly, then add milk and stir to
make dough soft and smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon
½ teaspoon-sized cookies onto a little baking sheet or use
a little cake pan, leaving a ½ inch between each cookie.
Bake for 5 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes before
eating.
Yield: 1 DOZEN LIL’ COOKIES
