6 yams, cooked, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 can (9 oz.) crushed pineapple
Place sliced yams in a 2-quart size buttered casserole dish. Add all
ingredients (except yams) in a pot. Mix. Boil for 2 minutes, stir constantly.
Pour mixture over sliced yams. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes. Makes 2
quarts.
