2 lbs. sweet potato tops
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Blanch potato tops by dipping in boiling water. Chop, then mix with
the rest of the ingredients. Chill and serve.
Note: Very high in sodium. To reduce, use less soy sauce.
