3 cups taro, cooked and mashed
1/2 cup margarine melted
2 eggs, well beaten
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup flour
21/2 teaspoons margarine
Combine taro, margarine, eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar and put in a
baking dish. Mix brown sugar, chopped nuts, flour, and 21/2 teaspoons
margarine and sprinkle on top of taro mixture. Bake at 350º F for 25
minutes.
