If you have two pans, you can make one batch of chocolate batter and one yellow and then put
half in each pan and swirl them together. Yummy!
4 teaspoons fl our
1 teaspoon baking cocoa
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon oil
4 teaspoons milk
Preheat the Easy-Bake Oven by turning it on, or preheat
the toaster oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease and fl our a
single little cake pan.
In a small bowl, combine fl our, cocoa, sugar and baking soda.
Add oil and milk and whisk with a fork until combined.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 13 to 15
minutes, until center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cake cool completely, then run a butter knife around
the edge and inver t to remove cake from pan. Top with the
topping of your choice.
Yield: 1 LIL’ CAKE
