2 cups cooked tapioca
2 teaspoons grated onion
1 cup canned fish, corned beef or cooked, chopped fresh fish or meat
1 beaten egg
salt
pepper
flour
Mash cooked tapioca and add onion, fish or meat and egg. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Form into cakes and roll in flour. Fry in
oil or fat until golden brown.
Note: High fat due to deep fat frying.
