11/3 cups purple taro, boiled, cubed
2 cups sweet potato, boiled cubed
3/4 cup cucumber, chopped
1/4 cup onion, minced
1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup pickles, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
1 bunch Chinese Cabbage
Mix all except last two ingredients. Arrange cabbage leaves on
platter. Fill each leaf with mixture and garnish with eggs.
