2 lbs. boneless tuna, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup ogo (fresh seaweed)
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon chopped green onion
1 small sweet onion
1 teaspoon roasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon Hawaiian sea salt or coarse salt
Combine all ingredients and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30
minutes before serving. You can also make this dish with tako (octopus).
