2 tablespoons low-fat coconut milk
2 tablespoons milk
1½ to 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
In a small bowl, whisk together coconut milk and powdered
sugar until glaze reaches desired consistency. Pour over
cooled cake.
Yield: ½ CUP
