Belgium waffle

Ingredient
1 cup wheat flour for making bread.
Flour for cakes 1 1 / 2 cup.
3 tablespoons white sugar.
Yeast powder, 1 tablespoon full.
Milk powder 2 tbsp.
A little salt.
Eggs 2 eggs.
Warm 2 tablespoons of fresh milk.
Natural yoghurt 2 tbsp.
2 tablespoons honey well.
1 teaspoon vanilla scent.
Of fresh butter 3 / 4 cup.
Do not bleach, 2 tablespoons sugar.
Chocolate chips 2 tbsp.


How to do it.
1. Both types of wheat flour, yeast, sugar and milk powder into a mixing bowl and set aside.
2. Mix salt, eggs, milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla together. Then pour into flour mixture. Massage the mixture for about 5 minutes.
3. Add butter and knead for about 5 minutes until it is soft, sticky dough. Then, at a dose twice as long as 20 minutes.

2 egg yolks.
