FRESH TOMATO RELISH1 lb. fresh tomatoes3 T. red wine vinegar1 T. Dijon or Spicy Brown mustard2 T. water½ med. red onion, chopped½ t. salt3 T. capers, drainedGround black pepper to tasteDice tomatoes and place in a medium, glass or plastic bowl. Combine all remaining ingredientsand mix well. Cover and refrigerate.
