1 ½ tablespoons water.


How to do it.


Put flour, salt, pepper, meat, fish, egg whites into the dry Blender until the mixture is smooth and more homogeneous.
Spoon into a bowl, mix the carrots, mushrooms, onion and ginger, stir into the refrigerator and set aside.
Press the tofu with a beautifully printed circular. Cut into squares or the like by about 1 inch thick plate of tofu mixture onto fish. The steam in boiling water for 7 minutes.
