Ingredient
White, soft tofu, 1 sheet.
Bean paste 1 tbsp.
Red onion, cut into seven heads.
Dried, cut into 6 large grain pellets.
3 cloves garlic, sliced.
Salt 1 tsp.
Sugar 1 tsp.
2-3 teaspoons of lemon juice.
Fresh vegetables such as beans, morning glory in Acacia.
Boiled vegetables such as carrots, pumpkin, gourd leaves.
Fully prepared to do it. Start by boiling the tofu in boiling water for about 10 minutes, then scoop up chopped into small pieces. Roasted peppers, shallots and garlic, then dry with medium heat until done. Pound the roasted ingredients to turn it all together thoroughly. Pound soft tofu, bean paste and put together again thoroughly. Season with sugar, salt and lemon juice, stir well, then dip in a bowl. Eaten with fresh or boiled vegetables, they are compatible as well.
