Ingredients are as follows.
Fresh bamboo shoots 2 (medium size).
Chicken thigh 1 / 2 kg.
Flowers, dried mushrooms 5.
Salt 1 / 2 tsp.
Soya sauce 2 tbsp.
Cayenne pepper 1 / 2 tsp.
Coriander for Garnish.

How do I start from the dried mushrooms in water until soft. Then remove from water and set aside earlier. (If it is to cut flowers, mushrooms and a half), bamboo shoots, fresh outer peel. Cut into bite-sized slices and bring to a boil in boiling water. Leave it for a moment and then lifted off from the heat of boiling water, leaving a bitter taste to the soup.
