Ingredients are as follows.
800 g chicken (breast meat is used. Or hip, or the like).
Rice 3 cans.
Salt 2 1 / 2 tsp.
Ginger and slice into 6 glasses glasses.
4 root celery root.
Garlic, chopped 3 tbsp.

2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Sauce ingredients.
Soya sauce 2 tbsp.
2 tablespoons bean paste.
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce.
Sugar 2 tbsp.
2 tablespoons vinegar.
Ginger, finely chopped 3 tbsp.
Garlic, minced 2 tbsp.
2 chili seeds.
